1月19日，市政协常委，市侨联党组书记、主席米文芃接受济南国际传播中心记者专访时表示，政府工作报告谋划深、措施实，确立的“十五五”发展主要目标任务和2026年工作安排，高度契合中央精神、符合济南实际、贴合群众期盼，充分体现了坚定扛牢“走在前、挑大梁”的使命担当。

一年来，市侨联聚焦“项目提升年”，着力在服务省会高水平对外开放上出实招、下功夫，按照中国侨联、山东省侨联“侨助千企万品出海”的部署要求，启动“侨助出海”行动，取得较好成效。促成16个海外侨(社)团与8家企业签署出海拓市协议，泰国中华总商会等20多家海外侨(社)团与重汽集团等60多家企业进行对接，推动大图激光、中建华恒等多家中资企业落地匈牙利欧陆科技产业园，还有多家匈牙利企业落地济南。同时，市侨联积极推动济南有关企业赴港上市，促成2025年人形机器人全自主足球技术体验营暨技术交流赛成功举办。

今年是“十五五”开局之年，也是济南“项目赋能年”。立足侨联的职责特点，强化使命担当，要充分发挥桥梁纽带作用，发挥好百家海外侨(社)团、海外侨驿站等侨界资源丰富、联系广泛、融通中外的独特优势，做好“经济联侨、建功有侨”的文章。织好海外网络、开辟平台渠道，了解市场需求、实施精准对接，强化服务保障、提供丰富资源，以更加有力的举措推进“侨助出海”行动，推动更多企业出海拓市，团结带领广大归侨侨眷和海外侨胞为强省会建设贡献智慧和力量。

The Jinan Products Going Global Program is not merely about shipping goods abroad. It involves meticulous adjustments on production lines to meet international standards, the signing of contracts that bridge legal systems and cultural differences, and, at a deeper level, whether Jinan can build a clear and distinctive voice of its own in the global marketplace.

During the Two Sessions, the Jinan International Communication Center is launching a special interview series on the Jinan Products Going Global Program. We will speak with those who support companies as they expand overseas and with hands-on practitioners driving cross-border industries, looking ahead to new opportunities while also facing the challenges hidden in rougher waters.

“泉品”何以汇聚成潮?浪潮之下，动力何在?阻力何解?这既是我们的追问，也是这场跨越山海的行动，必须给出的回答。
